Job summary

Claritas in Manila is seeking a Strategy and Transactions Associate to support internal accounting and finance functions, perform market and financial analysis, and assist with due diligence and transaction opportunities.

You will build financial models, prepare client presentations, manage project timelines, and contribute to research and business development while collaborating with management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of corporate finance experience preferred.
• CPA and/or CMA certifications are ideal but not required.
• Proficient with Excel including pivot tables, formulas, HLOOKUPs and VLOOKUPs.
• Proficient with PowerPoint, Word, Access and other MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and financial analyses to inform strategic decisions.
• Perform financial modelling and valuation analyses for transactions.
• Support due diligence and post-engagement reporting for clients.
• Assist in client presentations and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
