Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in management and/or support functions.
• Experience in professional services or tech-enabled businesses is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage monthly reports to be submitted to the Management
• Review and manage regulatory registration and compliance, including but not limited to company registration, tax returns, and other national and local submissions
• Administer production and distribution of internal financial reports, compile various cross functional reports
• Drive timely and accurate data input and documentation of financial transaction
• Review financial and management information to drive business decision making.
• Identify possible improvement to the existing business processes for optimization and take the lead in such improvement initiatives.
• Ensure that Standard Operating Procedure for record-to-report is being complied with.
• Drive optimization projects within the organization’s accounting and other systems, including controls in perpetual inventory system, and API integrations and other automation initiatives
• Provide timely review, feedback, escalation and recommendations within Accounting and Finance Team
• Provide accounting support and value-added services to clients.
• Lead and mentor accounting associates, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Other related responsibilities, ad-hoc projects and tasks related to the business needs.
