Job summary

Aboitiz Power Corporation (Power) is seeking a Finance Business Partner Specialist to provide financial insight, analysis, and partnership to business units. This role will bridge Finance, Operations, and Support Groups to ensure financial performance aligns with organizational goals.

You will collaborate with leaders to translate data into strategic actions, support budgeting and forecasting, and conduct scenario analyses to identify risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics (CPA/CFA preferred).
• Strong analytical skills required; financial modeling skills are desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex information clearly.
• Experience in business partnering, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration are desirable.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems/tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business unit leaders to translate financial data into actionable strategies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and medium-term planning processes.
• Conduct scenario analysis and financial modeling to assess risks and opportunities.
• Monitor and report on KPIs and variance drivers.
• Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and commercial teams to evaluate cost impacts and efficiency initiatives.
