Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Supervisor to lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting efforts for the Cleanergy 9 business unit. You will drive variance analysis, prepare management reports, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives while partnering with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in budgeting and financial planning, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced energy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial planning and budgeting processes across business units.
• Ability to prepare and present management reports and financial analyses.
• Familiarity with financial reporting requirements for internal and external stakeholders.
• CPA or accounting certification preferred adds value.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyze variances against budgets and prior year; provide explanations and recommendations.
• Prepare monthly management reports and present to senior finance stakeholders.
• Standardize analysis and presentation of financial and operational data across business units.
• Oversee budgeting, planning processes, and key account monitoring for the BU.
• Support financing initiatives, debt covenants, and project funding administration.
• Coordinate with finance teams and external bodies to ensure timely reporting.
