Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required.
At least 10 years in accounting/finance with 5+ in leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of Philippine tax and regulatory compliance (BIR, PEZA).

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations including month-end and year-end closings and financial reporting.
Ensure tax, statutory, and regulatory compliance for Philippine operations with government agencies and audits.
Manage treasury and financial planning including cash flow, banking, budgeting, and forecasting.
Strengthen internal controls, implement process improvements and automation where appropriate.
Lead the Finance Team and partner with senior management to provide financial insights for strategic decisions.
