Job summary

Hepmil Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Manager to support day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. You will oversee financial statements, improve reporting processes, and supervise the accounts payable SSC to maintain strong internal controls.

In this role, you will partner with department heads on budgeting and forecasting, monitor expenses, and drive process improvements using tools like Xero and Monday.com.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field.
• 5–7 years of accounting experience.
• Knowledge of PFRS and GAAP preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas).
• Experience with Xero, QuickBooks, or SAP is a plus.
• Excellent English communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with department heads.
• Maintain master data accuracy (COA, cost centers) and data integrity.
• Manage AP processes, compliance with tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support governance initiatives.
