Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Senior Finance Manager for a high-visibility FP&A and corporate finance role within a financial inclusion focused client. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, delivering impactful insights to senior leadership.

You will develop robust financial models, lead valuation exercises, oversee capital allocation, and mentor a high-performing team, partnering with executives to shape strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• CPA, CFA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience with FP&A, corporate finance, valuations, and modelling.
• Experience leading finance teams and influencing executive stakeholders.
• Advanced modelling skills with Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate insights into strategic decisions.
• Experience presenting to executives, boards and investors.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance analysis.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and business cases.
• Drive corporate finance activities including capital allocation, M&A, partnerships, and expansion projects.
• Lead valuation exercises for opportunities and strategic transactions.
• Partner with senior executives to provide commercial insights and financial decision support.
• Prepare board reports and financial recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Monitor financial performance, identify risks, and implement improvements.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.
