Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a well-established client in the Philippines to recruit a Senior Finance Manager. You will lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and performance analysis to drive growth and decisive investments.

You will build robust financial models, lead capital allocation and valuation work, and partner with senior executives to shape strategic decisions. A hybrid work setup and executive exposure are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business.
• Professional qualifications (CPA/CFA/ACA/ACCA) preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience in FP&A, corporate finance, valuations, and modelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and performance analysis.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and business cases.
• Drive corporate finance activities including capital allocation, M&A, partnerships and expansions.
• Lead valuation exercises for opportunities and strategic transactions.
• Partner with senior executives to provide commercial insights and financial decision support.
• Prepare presentations, board reports and financial recommendations for leadership.
• Monitor performance, identify risks and drive improvement initiatives.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.

Job Description

As the Senior Finance Manager, you will:

• Lead the organisation's FP&A function including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance analysis.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment opportunities, and business case evaluations.
• Drive corporate finance activities including capital allocation, mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and expansion projects.
• Lead valuation exercises for business opportunities, investments, and strategic transactions.
• Partner with senior executives to provide commercial insights and financial decision support.
• Prepare presentations, board reports, and financial recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Monitor financial performance, identify risks, and implement improvement initiatives.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.

The Successful Applicant

A Senior Finance Manager Should Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• CPA, CFA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including significant exposure to FP&A, corporate finance, valuations, and financial modelling.
• Previous experience leading finance teams and influencing executive stakeholders.
• Advanced financial modelling skills with strong proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate financial insights into strategic decisions.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership, boards, and investors.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
