Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional analytical and data modeling skills.
• ERP experience, preferably Oracle.
• Ability to work flexible hours in support of the business.
• Detail oriented with strong business understanding.
• Ability to interact with senior executives and management.
• Strong written and verbal English and Spanish communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly forecasting, guiding business leaders on event forecasts and key assumptions.
• Optimize ERP systems, tools, and workflows to improve data quality and accessibility.
• Prepare and deliver internal dashboards and analyses for senior management.
• Own annual budgeting and long-range planning with business partners.
• Consolidate results, perform variance analysis, and provide actionable insights.
• Build sophisticated financial models for strategic planning and investments.
• Prepare executive reporting packages and ad hoc analyses.
• Support long-term financial planning, forecasting, and reporting improvements.
• Oversee cash flow planning and financial controls.
• Strengthen financial infrastructure to support growth.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
