You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, translate strategic goals into actionable plans for the territory, and ensure alignment with the company’s overall strategy.

You will drive measurement with scorecards and dashboards, foster accountability, and sustain momentum through strong engagement with territory leadership and operating teams.

Qualifications

• Deliver the transformation agenda towards One Globe via territory leadership teams.
• Ensure territory objectives align with Globe corporate strategy.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to meet territory goals.
• Provide PM support for critical projects and drive process improvements with Head Office.
• Capture realities and opportunities through onground insights.
• Monitor progress with KPIs and equip teams with dashboards.
• Cascade directives and foster accountability and collaboration.
