Job summary

Bounty Fresh Food, Inc. is seeking a Supply and Demand Planner to develop accurate forecasts and translate them into executable supply plans that optimize inventory and costs.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Production, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service to achieve service levels through effective S&OP. The role demands 3–5 years in Demand or Supply Planning, experience in FMCG/food manufacturing, and strong analytical and Excel/BI skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 3–5 years in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, Inventory Planning, or Supply Chain Planning.
• Experience in FMCG/food manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in S&OP or IBP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop rolling demand forecasts using historical sales data, market intelligence, promotions, and customer insights.
• Translate demand into production and replenishment plans to meet service levels.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing stockouts and excess stock.
• Support monthly S&OP with demand and supply analyses and scenario planning.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for supply chain KPIs and performance insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning processes and leverage AI to boost forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance to drive integrated planning.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and lead improvement initiatives.
