Job summary

foodpanda is seeking a Supply Planner to create weekly replenishment plans at the supplier level and participate in S&OP forecast meetings. The role focuses on balancing inventory, optimizing forecast-driven demand, and maintaining stock availability.

Responsibilities include updating planning files, collaborating with demand planning, and identifying slow-moving SKUs for action. Candidates should have 1–2 years in demand or supply planning and strong data skills.

Qualifications

• Analytical mind and business acumen with ability to work with large data to find patterns.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are required.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting.
• Able to work autonomously in a demanding environment with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create weekly replenishment plans at supplier level based on inventory and forecast.
• Participate in S&OP forecast meetings and drive plan alignment.
• Monitor inventory to maintain target days cover in DC and stores.
• Identify slow-moving SKUs and flag actions to stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally to support projects and resolve issues.
• Prepare monthly and weekly supply planning files and KPI reports.
