Job summary

HelloConnect in Taguig City is seeking a Demand Planner to lead forecasting and stock planning. You will own short- and long-range forecasts, align with marketing and buyers, and ensure optimal stock across product types.

The role requires strong data visualization and cross-team collaboration to drive accuracy and reduce waste. You will build monthly theme forecasts and bi-weekly production plans with the 3PL, report on stock levels, and identify opportunities to move surplus stock to other

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting in FMCG or related fields.
• Highly numerate with advanced spreadsheet skills and data storytelling ability.
• Experience coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Take short, full-theme and long-range forecasts and demand plans based on stock, marketing plans and trends.
• Collaborate with marketing to reflect plans in forecasts and ensure stock availability.
• Drive commercial opportunities by coordinating with buyers on stocking themes and retail listings.
• Submit purchasing volumes through S&OP process and work with the Supply Chain Director for sign-off.
• Provide stock reporting, highlighting risks and priorities, and manage stock movements with 3PL.
