Qualifications

• CPA license is an advantage.
• Certifications such as CMA, CFA, FMVA, CEIV, CFM, or AFM are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in execution of financial due diligence for M&A and investments.
• Support valuation analyses to determine fair values.
• Contribute to development and refinement of financial models.
• Participate in general consulting engagements supporting advisory projects.
• Collaborate with senior staff to deliver actionable client insights.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
