Job summary

SolarWinds in Metro Manila is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build strong relationships with key customers, drive adoption of SolarWinds software, and ensure renewals and upsell opportunities.

The role requires at least 5 years in IT customer-facing roles, deep knowledge of networking and security, SaaS experience, and excellence in communication. You will partner with internal teams to deliver value and mentor a growing customer success team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant IT industry experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with cloud concepts and SaaS products.
• Familiarity with networking and security concepts.
• Ability to manage escalations and drive customer outcomes.
• CRM/ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and educate customers about SolarWinds products and ensure revenue retention.
• Understand customer goals to demonstrate value through regular interactions.
• Lead discussions with internal teams to scope engagements and deliver outcomes.
• Mentor and support the Customer Success team and help reduce churn.
