Job summary

Syngenta Seeds is seeking a Customer Operations and Insights Manager to oversee all customer-facing operations, drive service excellence, and strengthen loyalty across sales, marketing, and distribution channels. The role blends agricultural insight with operational leadership to optimize processes and ensure timely product availability.

You will lead CRM initiatives, improve customer service strategies, and work with QA to address issues, delivering seamless experiences in seeds markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in customer operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in agriculture, preferably with experience in the seeds industry.
• Proven record of improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Experience with CRM systems and other customer service technologies/tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills/critical thinking.
• Outstanding communication and people skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead and manage the S&OP process to align demand and supply plans with financial and business objectives.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive efficient decision making.
• Monitor and adjust S&OP outputs for market changes and constraints.
• Co-lead demand forecasting with sales, marketing, and product/solutions teams.
• Provide inputs to drive supply planning and minimize stockouts.
• Oversee end-to-end order-to-delivery for corn and rice seeds.
• Collaborate with finance to manage billing and credit processes.
• Develop and implement a customer service strategy aligned with business goals.
• Set high standards for customer service across touchpoints and continuously improve processes.
