Job summary

Syngenta Seeds is seeking a Customer Operations and Insights Manager to oversee customer-facing operations, enhance service delivery, and drive loyalty across the seeds business. You will bridge Sales, Marketing, P&S and distribution, combining agricultural knowledge with strong leadership to optimize processes and foster lasting customer relationships.

The role covers S&OP governance, demand and supply planning, inventory control, order management, and CRM-driven customer insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in customer operations, with leadership background.
• Experience with CRM systems and other customer service technologies/tools.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead and manage the S&OP process across demand and supply, aligning with financial and business goals.
• Oversee order-to-delivery for seeds and coordinate with finance on billing and credit management.
• Develop and maintain a robust customer service strategy across all touchpoints and drive continuous improvement.
• Co-design distributor scorecards and incentives to boost distributor performance.
