Job summary

You will supervise the Credit and Collection team, monitor credit across customers, and coordinate with Sales, Accounting, Finance, and Operations to resolve account issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 3–5 years in credit and collection or AR.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of AR, credit management, and collections.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer credit accounts, credit limits, payment terms, and account status.
• Review and evaluate customer credit information and payment history.
• Recommend appropriate credit limits and payment terms based on company guidelines.
• Supervise and monitor daily collection activities of the Credit and Collection team.
• Ensure timely follow-up and collection of outstanding and overdue accounts.
• Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of Credit and Collection staff.
• Prepare and review regular reports on accounts receivable, collections, aging, and collection performance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounting, Finance, Operations to resolve account-related concerns.
• Investigate discrepancies involving invoices, payments, credit memos, and customer accounts.
• Identify opportunities to improve collection procedures, reporting, and account monitoring.
