B. Braun Group in the Philippines is seeking a Credit and Collection Officer to manage credit risk assessment and collections, ensuring timely cash flow and adherence to policies.

You will evaluate customer creditworthiness, set limits, monitor accounts, negotiate payment arrangements, and lead AR activities with internal teams to improve collection performance. This role offers growth within a global medical devices leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in credit and collections with strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of credit risk assessment, collections techniques, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess creditworthiness of customers through application reviews and financial analysis.
• Set and monitor credit limits, terms, and compliance with company policies.
• Track accounts receivable, identify delinquent accounts, and manage collections.
• Resolve payment issues, negotiate arrangements, and resolve overdue accounts when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams and maintain accurate records of credit and collection activities.
• Lead AR specialists, implement best practices, and drive process improvements for efficiency.
