Job summary

Symbos is seeking a commercially minded Creative Designer to own creative briefs from brief to delivery, shaping brand and marketing assets. This role sits in the marketing and growth function and collaborates with marketing, sales and leadership to drive brand presence.

You’ll craft digital campaigns, sales collateral, presentations and social content for a global audience across Australia, New Zealand and Fiji, with a strong emphasis on business outcomes and visual storytelling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in creative, graphic design or digital design roles.
• Advanced capability across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong Canva skills for efficient content creation.
• Advanced PowerPoint presentation design skills.
• Experience creating marketing collateral and digital campaign assets.
• Understanding branding, visual storytelling, typography and layout.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Proactive, commercially minded approach to design.
• Strong communication with non-creative stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of creative briefs and deliver high-quality solutions with minimal direction.
• Translate business objectives into visual communication.
• Develop and maintain brand assets, visual systems and marketing collateral.
• Design proposals, brochures, sales materials, posters, banners and assets.
• Create paid media creatives across digital channels (social and display).
• Produce LinkedIn and social media content aligned to a professional B2B audience.
• Design and enhance PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks and client materials.
• Convert complex information into clear visual stories.
• Create scalable templates and editable assets for internal stakeholders.
• Ensure brand consistency across communications.
