Job summary

Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. is seeking a Cost Analyst II to support standard cost analyses for materials, labor and overhead.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to gather data, review costs, and update SAP standard costs for annual, quarterly and daily cycles. The role requires 2–3 years in cost accounting, strong English communication, and familiarity with accounting standards, SAP, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Finance/Accounting related field.
• 2-3 years experience in Cost Accounting.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in Accounting standards and principles, SAP and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a cross-cultural team, be assertive, show leadership and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to business units and operations in the analysis of standard costs (material, labor and overhead).
• Work with different departments to get and review data needed for timely roll-up and update Standard costs in SAP for Buy and Make parts for various updates.
• Analyze impact of standard changes.
• Support Financial Planning and Forecasting activities.
• Perform Material master data checking and update.
