Job summary

Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Cost Accountant to support standard cost analyses and budgeting processes. You will collaborate across functions to collect data, review component prices, and update standard costs in SAP for Buy and Make parts, supporting quarterly and annual cycles.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in cost accounting, strong English communication, and proficiency with SAP and MS Office, with the ability to work in a cross-cultural team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 2–3 years of cost accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to business units and operations in the analysis of standard costs (material, labor and overhead).
• Work with different departments to get and review data (component price, router, volume, etc.) needed for timely roll-up and update Standard costs in SAP for Buy and Make parts for the Annual, quarterly and daily standard cost updates
• Analyze Impact of standard changes
• Support Financial Planning and Forecasting activities
• Perform Material master data checking and update

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Finance/Accounting related field
• 2-3 years’ experience in Cost Accounting
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in Accounting standards and principles, SAP and MS Office.
• Musthave the ability to work in a cross-cultural team, assertive, good leadership, team player, and flexibl
