You will assist in BIR compliance, audits, and tax filing, collaborate with other departments, and help implement ERP-driven accounting solutions. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy required.
• CPA license required.
• Experience in general, cost, manufacturing, or inventory accounting preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, cost variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with Philippine taxation and BIR requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Experience with ERP or computerized accounting systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsabilités

• Collect and maintain accurate cost and expense records.
• Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare variance reports.
• Prepare reports on raw materials, importation costs, taxes, and related expenses.
• Conduct profit margin analysis and cost forecasting.
• Recommend cost-saving initiatives.
• Coordinate inventory counts and monitor inventory discrepancies.
• Investigate and recommend inventory adjustments.
• Support accounting system implementation and BIR compliance requirements.
• Assist in internal, external, and BIR audits.
• Prepare and file applicable tax returns.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with different departments for accurate financial reporting.
