Job summary

EDC is seeking an Analyst-Contracts Management to ensure contract objectives are met by monitoring counterparty compliance and managing risks. You will collaborate with proponents and buyers to implement contract terms, review securities, and support change management and close-out activities.

The role requires a degree in a relevant field and at least 4 years of contracts management experience, with knowledge of incoterms and project insurance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Economics, Engineering, or Law or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years in contracts management within power generation or construction.
• Solid understanding of contracts, supply chain, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor counterparty compliance with contractual obligations and identify risks.
• Collaborate with proponents and stakeholders on contract execution and documentation.
• Review securities and warranties for compliance with approved forms.
• Advise on mitigation for non-performance and assist with warranty obligations.
• Support contract change requests and ensure alignment with contract terms.
• Facilitate performance reviews and maintain contract documentation databases.
