Qualifications

• Civil Engineer with procurement experience in construction or industrial projects.
• Strong supplier, vendor, subcontractor and contractor management skills with industry network.
• Excellent negotiation and commercial acumen balancing technical needs with cost.
• Proficient at interpreting technical specs and independently sourcing materials and services.
• Resourceful, proactive, results-driven and able to meet tight deadlines with integrity.
