Job summary

J&F Foods in the Philippines is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager who will partner with Commercial and Supply Chain teams to drive profitable growth through deep financial insights and proactive decision support. You will own the monthly IBP forecast and annual budget, develop executive-ready insights, and influence leadership with scenario modeling and clear business narratives.

The role requires a CPA, a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting, 8+ years of relevant experience, and strong

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in finance, preferably FMCG or consumer
CPA is required; Master's degree is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
Strong commercial acumen with pricing and channel dynamics

Responsibilities

Own the total P&L monthly IBP forecast and Annual Budget consolidation.
Finance partner to GM, Sales, Marketing, and Channel teams with insights and decision support.
Collaborate with Commercial teams on assumptions for volume, pricing, AC&T investments and NPD.
Manage Discounts and AC&T investments including ROI evaluation and post-investment analysis.
Develop customer, channel, and product profitability reporting and analysis.
Design allocation methodology for Discounts and AC&T expenses to product level.
Coordinate with Supply Chain Finance on cost outlook and risks for forecasts.
Develop executive-ready business insights and narratives for leadership reviews.
