HR Network Inc. is seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to support the Sales team with pricing, promotions, and deals, and to analyze profitability and customer performance.

You will prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses, evaluating pricing requests and sales proposals based on financial impact. You will provide insights and recommendations to drive commercial decisions and monitor performance with cross-functional collaboration.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Managerial Accounting, or related field.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and financial systems.
• Experience supporting Sales or Commercial teams is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and business partnering skills.
• CPA/CMA certification and leadership experience are an advantage.

• Provide financial support to the Sales team in pricing, promotions, deals, and other commercial activities.
• Analyze sales performance, profitability, margins, and customer performance.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, financial reports, and variance analysis.
• Evaluate pricing requests, discounts, rebates, and sales proposals based on their financial impact.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support commercial and business decisions.
• Monitor sales and financial performance, identifying key risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, and other departments to ensure accurate financial information and effective business planning.

Formazione

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Managerial Accounting, or related field
