Responsibilities

Build strategic partner relationships, develop sales programs, and provide training to maximize partner sales performance.
Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, resolve channel conflicts, and ensure alignment with company policies.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
Manage sales pipelines, track forecasts, and monitor partner performance against established quotas using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
