Bermaz Auto Berhad (Mazda & XPeng) is seeking a senior Sales leader in Cebu City for a night shift, onsite role. You will partner with Sales Leadership to craft annual and quarterly sales plans, analyze pipeline health, win rates, and revenue trends, and administer CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• At least 3+ years of proven Sales leadership experience.
• Managerial level sales operations and sales enablement experience is an advantage.
• Amendable to attend interviews.
• Available to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Leadership to develop annual and quarterly sales plans.
• Analyze pipeline health, win rates, deal velocity, and revenue trends.
• Administer CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Optimize workflows, automation, and reporting structures.
• Evaluate and implement new sales tools.
