Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking a senior professional to lead Business Continuity Management initiatives across divisions. You will co-own BCM programs, coach groups, and ensure that BCM plans are approved, documented, tested, and audited. The role requires strong leadership and telecom industry experience.

Requirements include 5+ years in BCM, 2 years in a team lead role, and relevant degrees. Certifications in BCM or risk management are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in business continuity management.
• 2 years in a team lead role; telecom/ telco industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Emergency Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Co-owns the BCM program and ensures successful implementation at the division level.
• Coach groups, plan BCM programs, and secure ownership by planners and champions.
• Certify that BCM programs are approved, documented, updated, and audited.
