Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Business Analytics Sr. Analyst in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. The role focuses on eliciting requirements, documenting BRD/FRD, designing future-state processes, and supporting agile delivery.

You will analyze current-state processes and create process maps, user stories, and documentation, while coordinating with stakeholders and facilitating training for end users. This position demands 2–4 years of BA experience and proficiency with Power BI/Tableau.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related field; BS Industrial Engineering or BS Business Administration preferred.
• Solid understanding of project management principles (Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery models) required.
• Intermediate to advanced Process and Data analysis skills (process mapping, VSM, Time and Motion Study, Benefit Quantification) required.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification required; Green Belt preferred.
• Basic to Intermediate Data Analytics skills; Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
