Microgenesis Business Systems is seeking a Product Manager/Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams. You will gather requirements, define the product vision, and translate needs into actionable user stories and documentation.

You will work with UX/UI designers and developers to validate workflows, ensure acceptance criteria, and support QA, release planning, and post-launch optimization.

• Translate business needs into functional specs and user stories.
• Define project scope, success metrics, and deliverables aligned with strategy.
• Gather requirements via workshops, interviews, and observations.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog for iterative development.

• Update documentation and training materials for handover.
