Job summary

McNeil & Co. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst III in Manila to collaborate with business system owners, translate requests into specifications, and help drive the roadmap and backlog prioritization.

You will work with engineers and QA to ensure delivery aligns with the roadmap and business goals. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, Agile experience, and a solid background in requirements gathering and process analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field and 5–7 years of experience.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience translating business needs into system specifications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business system owners to capture requests and translate into specifications.
• Help populate the roadmap and drive backlog prioritization.
• Coordinate with software engineers and QA analysts to ensure proper implementation.
• Provide guidance on feasible functionality and delivery sequencing.
• Analyze current and future business processes and map requirements.
• Establish documentation standards and templates for business analysis artifacts.
