Job summary

Rise Internet is seeking a Business Analyst to provide data-driven insights into revenue, sales and costs. You will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive profitability, performance management, and strategic initiatives while advancing operational efficiency.

A strong emphasis on BI, CRM usage, and financial modelling will guide recommendations. You will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and evaluating new investments, with opportunities to influence major business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as required or equivalent
• 5+ years in Business/Commercial Analyst or related roles
• Strong analytical and investigative skills
• Knowledge of commercial statement analysis
• Knowledge of basic data analysis tools
• Ability to apply statistical concepts to financial data
• Experience with BI, process management, and CRM tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to provide data-driven insights for decision making
• Track and report on project milestones, KPIs and performance indicators
• Analyse sales and marketing data to improve performance
• Analyze promotional activities to ensure effective use of funds
• Develop financial models to support strategic planning
• Collaborate with commercial and finance teams on recommendations
• Assist budgeting and forecasting to meet organizational goals
• Evaluate new investment opportunities and support management decisions
• Promote best practices to standardise processes and risk planning
