Qualifications

• Assist in budgeting for periodic and annual management approval.
• Prepare periodic balance sheets and income statements per reporting standards.
• Monitor inventory movements, adjustments and reconciliations.
• Analyze cost effects of design, materials, methods or services.
• Perform accounting data analysis for decision-making.
• Assist in periodic closing of books.
• Carry out other duties as required by the CAO.

Responsibilities

• Assist business entities in finalizing preparation of the periodic and/or annual budget for management's approval
• Preparation of periodic balance sheet and income statement and ensure its accuracy in accordance with the financial reporting standards and principles
• Facilitates Cost and Inventory Control Specialist in monitoring inventory movements, adjustments and reconciliations
• Partake in analyzing modifications in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods or services provided, to determine effects on cost
• Perform various accounting data analysis needed for decision-making
• Assisting in periodic closing of books
• Others that may deem necessary in the furtherance of CAO.
