Job summary

Satellite Office is seeking a BI Analyst/Developer to join our IT & Digital team, transforming data from across the firm into clear, reliable reporting that supports operational and strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, build high-quality reports and dashboards using Power BI and SAP-based tools, and maintain governance and sustainability of reporting assets.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL capability for data querying and extraction.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards in Microsoft and SAP environments.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Query and DAX.
• Experience with S/4HANA, MS Fabric and Azure Data Factory.
• Clear, confident communication with senior or non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data privacy and handling of sensitive information.
• Proactive mindset and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Extract, model and analyse data from multiple internal systems to support business reporting needs
• Design, build and maintain high-quality reports, dashboards and visualisations using Microsoft and SAP-based tools
• Partner with stakeholders across the firm to clarify reporting requirements and translate them into practical outputs
• Support delivery of key reporting initiatives and recurring reports
• Maintain clear documentation of data models, reporting logic, SQL queries and dashboard versions to support continuity and auditability
• Apply appropriate judgement when working with sensitive data
