Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting-related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B AR collections.
• Strong knowledge of collection processes and AR policies.
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
• MS Excel proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
• Able to work with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage collection activities for due and overdue payments from customers.
• Identify billing issues and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Reduce accounts receivable for assigned accounts.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain timely reconciliation and share SOAs with customers.
• Analyze accounts and execute a collection plan.
