Regal Rexnord is seeking a Manager II, Accounts Payable to lead the Finance Shared Services AP organization. You will guide invoice processing, payments, and intercompany activities across regions, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

You will mentor AP supervisors, drive improvements in cycle times and pay accuracy, and partner with procurement, operations, and finance to optimize Procure-to-Pay processes and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 6–8 years in Accounts Payable or finance ops.
• 5+ years in leadership roles managing supervisors or teams.
• Strong experience with end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership for the AP organization, including invoice processing, payments, intercompany, and Rexnord AP operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop AP supervisors and teams to build a high-performing organization.
• Establish departmental goals, performance metrics, and strategic priorities for Finance Shared Services.
• Drive workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design within Accounts Payable.
• Oversee end-to-end AP processes across entities and regions, ensuring KPIs are met.
