Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy or related field.
• 1–2 years in accounts payable or finance roles.
• Experience with Precoro, JIRA, Confluence, or Xero is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets with good data accuracy.
• Knowledge of bank payment processing and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the accounts payable mailbox and vendor payment requests.
• Process vendor payments and provide proof of payment.
• Coordinate with treasury for bank authorization and reconciliation.
• Record payments and reconcile corporate cards and petty cash.
• Maintain bank statements and support payroll/government transactions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and approval workflows.
