Job summary

EY GDS in the Philippines seeks an Associate Director-level Operations Strategist to lead the Industry Alliances program operations. This role translates strategic priorities into scalable operating models, governance, and measurable business outcomes across a global alliance ecosystem.

You will drive governance, performance management, reporting modernization and collaboration with GTM, finance and delivery stakeholders. Strong leadership and stakeholder influence are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree required; business/engineering/commerce preferred.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification would be an advantage.
• 12–15+ years of relevant experience in alliance operations, planning, governance, reporting or related fields.
• Experience leading large-scale global programs in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating model, governance framework and business management processes for Industry Alliances.
• Lead strategic planning, execution and performance management across alliance workstreams.
• Design executive governance forums, reviews and steering committees.
• Develop alliance scorecards, KPI frameworks and executive dashboards.
• Translate priorities into operating plans and measurable roadmaps.
• Drive governance across resources, investments, risks and programs.
• Lead operating reviews on growth, commercialization and efficiency.
• Provide executive insights to support decision-making and strategy.
• Build scalable operating structures and controls for accountability.
• Lead automation and reporting modernization for better visibility.
• Oversee cross-functional execution with GTM, finance, marketing and delivery teams.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and performance measures for the portfolio.
• Advance continuous improvements in governance and scalability.
• Ensure investments align with priorities and measurable impact.
• Coach matrixed contributors to maintain delivery discipline.
