Job summary

EY is seeking a GDS Cyber Alliances Operations Specialist in the Philippines. The role focuses on strengthening how EY’s Cyber Alliance ecosystem is governed, measured, and scaled, serving as an operations and insights partner to Cyber Alliance stakeholders.

You will translate priorities into operating rhythms, enable programs, and drive measurable business impact. As a Manager-level role, you will lead governance cadences, develop leadership-ready dashboards, and support global alliance

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.
• University degree required; background in technology, cyber, or analytics advantageous.
• Certifications in project or program management are a strong plus.
• 12+ years of relevant experience across alliance ops, cyber or technology services.
• Experience engaging senior global stakeholders and driving insight-led service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations partner for Cyber Alliances, managing governance cadences and delivery.
• Analyze revenue, pipeline, and enablement data to highlight trends and risks.
• Create executive dashboards, scorecards, and insight packs for leadership.
• Improve alliance pipeline, tagging, and governance to enhance visibility and hygiene.
• Drive process improvement and automation for efficiency and quality.
