Job summary

EY GDS Growth & Innovation seeks an Associate Director to lead Industry Alliances operations. Based in GDS Philippines, you will translate strategic priorities into scalable operating models, manage governance and drive measurable business outcomes across alliance programs, investments and growth initiatives.

You will collaborate with alliance leadership to improve reporting quality, drive governance maturity and deliver executive insights, while coaching matrixed teams to ensure disciplined

Qualifications

• University degree required; MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale global programs in a matrix environment.
• Strong governance, reporting, and executive storytelling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating model, governance framework and business management processes for Industry Alliances.
• Lead strategic planning, operational execution and performance management across alliance workstreams.
• Design and drive executive governance forums, reviews and steering committees.
• Develop alliance scorecards, KPI frameworks and investment reporting.
• Translate strategic priorities into operational plans and roadmaps.
• Drive portfolio governance across resources, investments and programs.
• Lead operating reviews on growth, commercialization and efficiency.
• Provide executive recommendations to support alliance strategy execution.
• Build scalable operating structures with disciplined delivery and accountability.
• Oversee cross-functional execution among GTM, finance, delivery, and operations.
• Establish KPIs and performance metrics across the portfolio.
