Job summary

EY is seeking a GDS Alliances Enablement Program Lead Analyst in the Philippines to manage priority initiatives within the Global Ecosystem Enablement function. You will coordinate with onshore and GDS teams, design operating rhythms, governance cadences, and deliver scalable enablement services across strategic initiatives.

The role requires 7–8 years of relevant experience, strong English communication, and the ability to operate in a global, multi-geography environment.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
• University graduation required; technology, business, commerce, management or related background preferred.
• 7–8 years of relevant work experience in program management, alliance operations or PMO.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; ability to create executive-ready content.
• Experience in global, cross-cultural, multi-geography environments and matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage priority initiatives for Global Ecosystem Enablement and governance cadences.
• Develop dashboards, trackers, leadership reports and knowledge assets.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution and stakeholder communications across geographies.
• Create and refresh process documentation, playbooks and enablement materials.
• Identify opportunities to automate enablement processes and enhance reporting.
