Thinking Machines is seeking a Strategic Alliances Manager to own and grow our technology partnerships with AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Databricks, and others. You will shape alliance strategy and drive cross-functional programs to accelerate revenue and co-sell opportunities.

This role blends business strategy, ecosystem development, and program management. You'll influence leadership, coordinate partner initiatives, manage funding applications, and push for measurable value from our alliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in strategic partnership development, alliances management, and related roles.
• Strategic Thinking and decision-making to prioritize initiatives and ROI.
• Strong Commercial Acumen—understands how partnerships translate into revenue and value.
• Cross-functional Leadership to influence without formal authority.
• Program Management—manages multiple initiatives and keeps them moving.
• Executive Communication and Negotiation Skills for dialogues with partners and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Alliance Strategy & Business Planning: Develop the strategy for cloud and AI partnerships; build business cases and roadmaps.
• Alliance Program Management: Own operational execution of partner programs and funding processes.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Coordinate initiatives requiring collaboration across the company; drive shared outcomes.
• External Alliance Management: Develop relationships with strategic partners and represent Thinking Machines within ecosystems.
• Commercial Growth: Translate partnerships into measurable business outcomes; pursue joint GTM and funding opportunities.
