Job summary

Turing is seeking an operations leader to own the production system behind software-engineering data programs. You’ll manage end-to-end delivery, ensure data quality, and coordinate large teams of contributors while engaging frontier AI labs.

You will translate research needs into task specifications, optimize complex workflows, and drive scalable playbooks to improve throughput and reliability across programs.

Qualifications

• Background in software engineering or other operationally intensive environments.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Customer-facing experience with high-profile clients.
• Ability to read code and follow PRs in Python, TypeScript, Java or Go.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery on each project and manage scope, timeline, and quality.
• Maintain world-class data integrity across annotation lifecycle and evaluate trends.
• Coordinate 100–1,000+ contributors with training and performance management.
• Build relationships with frontier AI labs and translate research intent into clear task specs.
