A dynamic advertising agency is seeking a talented Account Manager to play a crucial role in delivering campaigns and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in account management, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the advertising industry. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, supporting project management, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-impact campaigns while maintaining strong client relationships. This position requires reporting to the Makati office three times a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an account management or client service role.
• Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts and delivering high-impact campaigns.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the key point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Support project management for accounts, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of campaigns.
• Develop creative briefs leveraging account knowledge and marketing insights.
• Assist internal teams in developing integrated campaigns.
• Manage billing setup and invoicing with the Finance team.
