Job summary

• Graduate of Communications, Management, Business Administration, or related courses.
• At least 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing and/or Public Relations.
• Broad knowledge of Digital Media.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A team player who proactively finds ways to improve team efficiency.
• Committed to continuous learning and development.
• Has endurance and adaptability in fast-paced agency work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day client contact and main liaison between clients and the internal team.
• Oversee project deliverables to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Support shoots, events, and other onsite activities as needed.
• Identify and address potential issues by coordinating with internal teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans and trackers to monitor progress.
• Ensure all outputs align with client strategies and objectives.
• Coordinate with Finance for timely billing of projects.
• Provide strategic and tactical recommendations to enhance deliverables.
• Lead client and internal meetings; attend onsite workdays as required.
• Report directly to the IMC Manager.
