Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Accounting Supervisor or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the accounting team.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements.
• Manage internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Oversee all accounting functions including month-end and year-end closing.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting.
• Mentor and guide team members.
• Handle all BIR-related compliance and reporting.
• Coordinate with external auditors and BIR examiners during audits.
• Ensure timely remittance and submission of all tax obligations.
