Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
• CPA certification preferred
• Big 4 experience a plus
• Strong MS Excel skills and data analysis
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to drive projects and manage priorities
• Willingness to work US hours

Responsibilities

• Lead account reconciliations and financial clean-up ahead of Q4 audit
• Audit, review, and clean up balance sheet activity for audit readiness
• Prepare, review, and finalize complex monthly reconciliations
• Analyze intercompany transactions and adjust entries to clear items
• Collaborate with senior accounting leadership and cross-functional teams
• Investigate and clear backlogged reconciliation discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and maintain data confidentiality
• Back up financial data and protect organization’s financial information
