Job summary

Scrubbed is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the accounting team, improve accuracy, and drive efficiency across daily activities. You will report to the executive team and align financial operations with the company mission and values.

You will design and manage day-to-day processes, mentor staff, ensure accurate AP and AR, perform bank reconciliations, and contribute to finance projects. Strong leadership, ethics, and multi-system experience are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years in Finance or Accounting with 1–2 years in management.
• CPA equivalent; MBA or CFA is a plus.
• Proficient in Xero, QuickBooks, Netsuite, Oracle, SAP or Dynamics.
• Strong communicator, self-starter, ethical and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations and staff.
• Mentor staff and supervisors in AR, AP, bank reconciliation, and reporting.
• Ensure 100% accuracy in AP setup, processing and payments.
• Ensure 100% accuracy of customer invoicing, booking and collections.
• Oversee bank reconciliations and overall quality of client deliverables.
• Provide insights to executives and contribute to finance projects.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and ethics.
